For three years, Cobalt Sky has been producing web-based e-learning solutions for a broad range of clients. Founded in May 2002 as a Macromedia Flash®-based content delivery firm, Cobalt Sky has expanded to create rich, database-driven sites, standards-compliant web sites, eye-catching graphics, and Flash®-based training solutions.
